ARQUETOPIA Mentorship Program

I had the honor of returning to the Arquetopia Residency Program in Puebla, Mexico. I was awarded a 6-week residency as a part of the Arquetopia International Mentorship Program.

During this time, I used the mediums of drawing, printmaking, and painting to investigate the notion of action. These works are the beginning of an exploration of methods and instruments of liberation.

I am grateful to the Arquetopia Foundation for its rigorous commitment to knowledge and creation.

Thank you to the Robert M. Macnamara Foundation for your generous support.

printmaking/veneration

Printmaking has a rich and living history in Puebla. I had the honor of learning at Museo Taller Erasto Cortés (MUTEC). These works use the printmaking medium by way of ancestral veneration.
